Leading sales and service teams, I have focused on customer retention and acquiring new clients, all while initiating new business initiatives that keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Business Head
Mr. Jaywant Ballal embarked on his career in the technical field and has ascended to the position of Business Head. He is instrumental in driving DRS Smart Solutions’ business alongside his team members across India. With over 32 years of experience in technical, back office, sales, and pre-sales, Mr. Ballal possesses comprehensive knowledge of products and industry standards, greatly contributing to the success and growth of the business.
Mr. Ballal’s early experience working with ground teams has been invaluable, providing him with a deep understanding of all stakeholders, from the peon to the Managing Director of the company. This foundational experience has honed his ability to relate to and manage diverse teams and individuals, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within the organization.
Having spent over three decades in the industry, Mr. Ballal is a master at managing teams, clients, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and vendors. His wealth of experience enables him to navigate complex relationships and situations with ease, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
Mr. Uttam Bhadavankar
Operations Head
Mr. Uttam Bhadavankar is a seasoned team manager with over 22 years of proficiently overseeing teams, operations, and back-office functions. His expertise extends to administrative tasks, where he excels in coordinating activities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Furthermore, Mr. Bhadavankar’s extensive experience has sharpened his vendor management skills and negotiation acumen, enabling him to forge strong partnerships and secure favorable deals for the organization. His technical proficiency has also played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s profitability, especially in client and vendor interactions. Mr. Santosh Sonawane
Technical Head
Santosh Sonawane is a seasoned engineering and facilities management professional, boasting an extensive 27-year career in the industry. Santosh’s expertise lies in implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for MEP services, chillers, HVAC systems, BMS, STP, and elevators. His role also encompasses proficient budget management for maintenance, repairs, and capital expenses. Notable among his achievements are successful projects such as implementation of green building certifications. Armed with a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Santosh has successfully implemented ISO standards for FMS, EMS, OH&S, and green building certifications. His unwavering commitment to providing safe and comfortable environments for customers is evident in his adherence to industry best practices, particularly in the realms of energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
